PooriCurry (Hotel Style)

I use to hate this curry first n never ate it when my mom use to do,but now i m luvg this with poori.
Ingredients
Oil-2tbsp
Potatoes boiled-2medium
Onion-1
Green Chilli-6
Besan-1 1/2tbsp
Water-1/2 cup
Turmeric-pinch
Salt-as req

Tempering
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Cummin Seeds-1tsp
Urad Dal-1tsp
Red Chilli-2
Chana dal-1tsp
Curry Leaves-few
Preparation Method
Heat oil in a pan n add tempering to that n saute,then add sliced onions,slit green chillies,turmeric n saute until they r transparent in color,then add 11/2 cup of water to it n let boil for some time by covering the lid.In mean time add besan to half cup of water n mix well so that lumps dont form,add these besan water,boiled potatoes,salt to boiling content n mix well until it forms thick gravy.Serve it with hot hot poori.

Note:Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until u listen 3whistles so that potatoes will be soft,dont crush potatoes,handle smoothly n divide in to small pieces.
