Dondakaya Fry (Tindora Fry)

Ingredients
Oil-2tbsp
Tindora-1/2kg
Green Chillies-6
Salt-as req
Red Chilli powder-1 1/2tbsp
Dhaniya Powder-1tbsp
Grated Coconut-as req
Preparation
Cut tindora lengthwise,Slit green chillies n keep a side.
Method
Heat oil in a pan add green chillies,tindora pieces n fry until they become tender n lite brown in color,then add salt,dhaniya powder,red chilli powder n mix well with tindora,lastly add coconut n take off from fire n serve it with combo of rice n sambar.
