Palak Paneer

I prepared this recipe for da 1st time n learned from my mom,by changing some minute things in recipe  n it came so well n i luvd it.So panner luvrs hit ur kitchen vth this recipe soon.
Ingredients
Oil-2tbsp
Palak-1bunch
Paneer-6 pieces
Onion-1medium
Green Chilli-6
Ginger Garlic Paste-1tbsp
Cinnamon Stick-1
Cloves-5
Cummin Seeds-1tbsp
Dhaniya Powder-1tsp
Curd-1tbsp
Salt-as req
Preparation
Chop onions,palak n keep a side.Now take palak n boil until water evaporates from palak n keep a side
Blend palak,green chillies,few onion pieces n keep a side.Heat water in bowl n add panner pieces n leave it for some time.

Method
Heat oil in a pan n add cinnamon stick,cloves,cummin seeds n saute for some tine,then add onions n saute until they are transparent in color,then add palak paste n boil for some time by covering the lid.Later add dhaniya powder,panner pieces,salt n saute until u observe thick gravy n switch off the stove n keep a side,then add curd n mix well.Serve it with lemon,pulka,naan.
